Sensovium Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile application BLE Scanner – Find Devices (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
The App scans for nearby Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices to display their names, MAC addresses, signal strength (RSSI), and other publicly broadcasted metadata. This data is processed in real-time only and is not stored, transmitted, or retained by us or the App after the scan session ends.
On newer versions of iOS and Android, Bluetooth scanning requires location permissions. If you grant this permission, your device's location is used solely to enable Bluetooth scanning functionality. We do not collect, store, or transmit your location data.
Basic non-identifying device information (such as device model and operating system version) may be accessed locally by the App to ensure compatibility and proper functionality. This information is not collected or transmitted by us.

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services.
All Bluetooth scan data is ephemeral and processed locally on your device in real-time. No data is stored on your device or transmitted to external servers. Once you close the App or stop scanning, the data is no longer accessible.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy at the URL provided in the App Store listing. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
